Your Mission

You provide long-term, high-quality human resource management by implementing Billion Euro Enterprises' hiring and orientation processes, maintaining our employees and their routines, creating Position Agreements for several roles and reorganizing staff and departments as needed. As we care about the growth and success of our employees, your English skills have to be excellent.

• Role: You will work as our HR manager, reporting directly to me and our team manager. 
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5
• The schedule of working hours can be agreed separately so that they work best for both parties
• Compensation: Percentage of each team member’s sales you manage. (massive growth potential)
